We offer careers information, advice and guidance on an individual basis and as part of an organisational redundancy programme. We have many years of experience in this area and our aim is to enable individuals to feel supported whilst realistically exploring their options.
Team Building
We are always interested in facilitating Team Building in any kind of organisational context. Our approach will be to use a variety of challenging experiential exercises in response to your unique needs. We believe that individuals in any team have the opportunity to develop both personally and as part of the unit by being prepared to look at how they think and act both inside and outside of the Team. The process often involves varying degrees of discomfort and conflict, though we believe that is a healthy and potentially productive part of growth and change and acceptance of individual uniqueness.
Personal Development Workshops
We offer a range of challenging and experiential workshops in a relaxed environment for small groups, where we seek to provide opportunities for personal exploration, from both historical and here and now perspectives.
