We have spent the majority of our respective working lives in commerce and industry. Both of us eventually held senior positions in Human Resources. In recent years though our interests have been focused in the world of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Since we qualified in 1997 we have both practised Counselling and Counselling Supervision as well as establishing a successful teaching programme at a local college. We are members of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and our work is grounded in the ethical principles of this organisation.
